Nosso painel direcionado à questão da emergência climática. Falar desse assunto em 2025, no Brasil, é falar com abrangência de uma questão global e enfatizar a Amazônia, “abrindo a COP30”. Esse é um tema construído pelo ativismo climático do Ed O'brien, guitarrista fundador da banda Radiohead e parceiro do Inplace Of War. Por isso, estamos convidando uma diversidade de especialistas para conversar com ele sobre a pauta. A cientista do clima Luciana Gatti, o líder indígena Francisco Pyãnco Ashaninka (etnia muito antiga Ashaninka, com população no Acre, Brasil, e na Amazônia Peruana). E convidamos alguns representantes do poder público para complementar o tema.

Our panel is focused on the issue of climate emergency. Talking about this subject in 2025, in Brazil, means addressing a global issue and emphasizing the Amazon, "opening COP30." This is a theme shaped by the climate activism of Ed O'Brien, founding guitarist of the band Radiohead and partner of In Place of War. Therefore, we are inviting a diverse group of experts to discuss the topic with him. Climate scientist Luciana Gatti, indigenous leader Francisco Pyãnco Ashaninka (from the very ancient Ashaninka ethnicity, with populations in Acre, Brazil, and the Peruvian Amazon), and we have also invited public authorities to complement the discussion.
