No painel, será discutida a importância da implementação de programas culturais no ensino infantil e fundamental, especialmente em escolas de período integral. A proposta é mostrar como as disciplinas artísticas podem ser aliadas no processo educacional, criando ambientes mais estimulantes e engajadores para os estudantes. Vamos abordar também os benefícios das práticas culturais no fortalecimento da identidade e autoestima dos jovens, além de mostrar como essas atividades podem transformar a escola em um espaço de maior atração e retenção. Será discutido ainda como a interação com a música e as artes pode criar vínculos entre os alunos e a comunidade escolar, promovendo uma educação mais inclusiva e formando cidadãos mais críticos e criativos.

The panel will discuss the importance of implementing cultural programs in early and elementary education, especially in full-time schools. The aim is to show how artistic subjects can be allies in the educational process, creating more stimulating and engaging environments for students. The benefits of cultural practices in strengthening the identity and self-esteem of young people will also be addressed, as well as how these activities can transform schools into spaces of greater attraction and retention. The discussion will also cover how interaction with music and the arts can create bonds between students and the school community, promoting a more inclusive education and forming more critical and creative citizens.
