Sara Loiola

Baiana radicada em Brasília, Sara é produtora, curadora musical e gestora cultural. Diretora da Aruwá Produções, idealizadora dos Festivais: Yalodê (Festival Internacional de Cantoras Negras) e Rojão de Brasília. Atua na área da música há 18 anos, passando por diversas frentes desse ecossistema. Atualmente é Presidenta da ABRAFIN (Associação Brasileira de Festivais Independentes).

Sara Loiola is from Bahia (Brazil) and is based in Brasília. She is a music curator, cultural manager, and is currently the President of ABRAFIN (Brazilian Association of Independent Festivals). She is also the Director of Aruwá Produções and the creator of two music festivals: Yalodê (an international festival of black female singers) and Rojão de Brasília (a traditional Brazilian music festival with a focus on “forró”). She has been working in the music market for 18 years.
