Lilian Fraiji
Curadora e produtora cultural de Manaus, Lilian Fraiji é especialista em Gestão e Políticas Culturais pela Universidade de Barcelona e Mestra em Curadoria e Práticas Culturais pela Universidade Ramon Llull, na Espanha. É co-fundadora do programa LABVERDE: uma plataforma de Arte e Ecologia, premiada internacionalmente, dedicada à promoção de conteúdos transdisciplinares envolvendo arte, natureza, ciências e saberes ancestrais. Possui extensa experiência na organização de eventos com a promoção de exposições, concertos, festivais, palestras e publicações. Como curadora e pesquisadora, está interessada em como a cultura se relaciona com as mudanças climáticas e a justiça ambiental. Foi curadora de exposições e Festivais como, “Amazon Invisible Landscape” (Stand4 Gallery NYC- 2018), “Como falar com as árvores” (Galeria Z42-2019/RJ)) Embodied by Forest” (Ecoartspace – USA - 2021), Festival “O Amanhã é Agora” (2021), “Cosmopolítica da Paisagem” (Lisboa/PT). Atualmente coordena projetos internacionais de residências artísticas em locais remotos no mundo, tendo como base a Amazônia.
Curator and cultural producer from Manaus, Lilian Fraiji holds a specialist degree in Cultural Management and Policies from the University of Barcelona and a Master's degree in Curatorship and Cultural Practices from the Ramon Llull University in Spain. She is co-founder of the LABVERDE: an internationally award-winning Art and Ecology Platform dedicated to the promoting of transdisciplinary content involving art, nature, science and ancestral knowledge. She has extensive experience in organizing events, promoting exhibitions, concerts, festivals, lectures and publications. As a curator and researcher, she is interested in how culture relates to climate change and environmental justice. She has curated exhibitions and festivals such as “Amazon Invisible Landscape” (Stand4 Gallery NYC- 2018), “How to Talk to Trees” (Z42 Gallery-2019/RJ), “Embodied by Forest” (Ecoartspace - USA - 2021), “Tomorrow is Now” Festival (2021), “Cosmopolitics of Landscape” (Lisbon/PT). Currently, Fraiji is coordinating international artist residency projects in remote locations around the world, using her experience in the Amazon as a starting point for the international initiatives.
