Cláudio Lins de Vasconcelos
Advogado, doutor pela UERJ, mestre pela Universidade de Notre Dame e bacharel pela UFBA. É professor do mestrado profissional em Economia Política da Cultura da UFRGS e da pós-graduação em Direito da Propriedade Intelectual da PUC-Rio. Autor de diversos trabalhos e do livro “Mídia e Propriedade Intelectual: A Crônica de um Modelo em Transformação”. Entre outras posições, foi secretário de economia da cultura do Ministério da Cultura, assessor internacional adjunto do Ministério da Justiça, consultor do Banco Mundial e gerente jurídico da Fundação Roberto Marinho.
Lawyer, holds a PhD from UERJ, an LLM from the University of Notre Dame and a Law degree from UFBA. Professor of the professional master's degree in Political Economy of Culture at UFRGS and the postgraduate course in Intellectual Property Law at PUC-Rio. Author of several works and the book “Media and Intellectual Property: The Chronicle of a Model in Transformation”. Among other positions, he was secretary of economics of culture at the Ministry of Culture, deputy international advisor at the Ministry of Justice, consultant at the World Bank and general counsel at the Roberto Marinho Foundation.
