Ana Flávia Cabral
Conselheira Vice-Presidente Executiva e Superintendente Geral da Fundação Orquestra Sinfônica Brasileira, foi responsável pelo plano de reestruturação e inovação da instituição, iniciado em dezembro de 2016.
Atualmente é Conselheira do Conselho de Comunicação Social do Congresso Nacional.
Em mais de 25 anos de carreira jurídica e executiva, vem atuando como conselheira e executiva na área de Direito das Fundações, sustentabilidade, propósito e educação, tenho ocupado posições de CSO e diretoria em empresas do mercado financeiro e setor elétrico. Passou por importantes instituições e organizações, Fundação OSESP, estado de São Paulo, BID e Ministério da Cultura.
Advogada formada pela PUC/SP, Ana Flávia é mestre pela EACH/USP e possui MBA em Gestão de Bens Culturais pela FGV.
É professora-coordenadora de field project na faculdade de Direito da FGV/RJ. É autora da obra “OSESP - um case de sucesso” e atualmente prepara seu próximo livro sobre os 85 anos da Orquestra Sinfônica Brasileira.
Counselor, Executive Vice President, and General Superintendent of the Brazilian Symphony Orchestra Foundation, Ana Flávia was responsible for its restructuring and innovation plan, initiated in December 2016.
She currently serves on the Social Communication Council of the National Congress as a Couselor.
With over 25 years of experience in executive and legal careers, she has worked as a counselor and executive in the areas of Foundation Law, sustainability, ESG, purpose, and education. She has held CSO and Director positions and has been part of prominent institutions and organizations, including the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the Ministry of Culture. A lawyer graduated from PUC/SP, Ana Flávia holds a master’s degree from EACH/USP and an MBA in Cultural Asset Management from FGV. She is currently the coordinator of field projects at FGV Rio de Janeiro Law School.
She authored the book OSESP - A Case of Success and is now preparing to write her new book on the 85th Anniversary of the Brazilian Symphony Orchestra.
