Graduated and Master’s degree in Public Law from PUC/SP. She is a partner at CQS/FV Advogados in the area of administrative law and RIG, working with tax incentive laws for culture and advising entities and public managers on partnerships between the State and the third sector. Co-founder of Cultura e Lei. She served as a special advisor at the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic, focusing on the agenda of the Regulatory Framework for Civil Society Organizations (MROSC). She participated in the regulation of Law No. 13,018/2014, which established the National Policy for Living Culture, and contributed to the regulation of the Regulatory Framework for Cultural Promotion, in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture.

She is the author of the book “Direito à Cultura e Terceiro Setor: a democracia, o encorajamento e o controle por resultado” (Right to Culture and the Third Sector: democracy, encouragement, and results-based control), published by Lumen Juris in 2016, as well as several articles in the field. She teaches specialization and postgraduate courses, particularly on topics related to sustainability and mechanisms for financing and promoting culture.
