Alessandra Visintainer
Gaúcha com mais de 20 anos de atuação e formada pela ESPM, Alessandra iniciou sua carreira aos 18 anos no Rio Grande do Sul. Com passagens por agências renomadas como DM9, Lew’Lara\TBWA e Wieden & Kennedy, consolidou sua expertise em contas de peso como AMBEV, C&A, JBS e outros contribuindo integralmente para a construção de posicionamento de algumas marcas.
Na GUT desde os primeiros meses de agência, Alessandra iniciou como diretora de conta de Skol e responde atualmente como Managing Director, com uma promoção recente ao Executive Board durante sua licença maternidade em 2023.
Tem o desafio de estimular entre os atendimentos um olhar criativo, direcionado para o negócio. A executiva também está envolvida em projetos de crescimento e desenvolvimento da agência como um todo.
Alessandra, originally from Rio Grande do Sul, has over 20 years of experience and graduated from ESPM. She began her career at the age of 18 in Rio Grande do Sul. Having worked for renowned agencies such as DM9, Lew’Lara\TBWA and Wieden & Kennedy, she consolidated her expertise in major accounts such as AMBEV, C&A, JBS and others, contributing integrally to the construction of the positioning of some brands.
At GUT since the first months of the agency, Alessandra started as Skol Account Director and was later promoted to Head of Account. During her maternity leave in 2023, she became a partner and in 2024 Managing Director, sharing the leadership of the agency with the CEO, Valeria Barone, adding her functions to the areas of customer service, production and external communication.
She has the challenge of encouraging a creative, business-oriented approach among her clients. The executive is also involved in growth and development projects for the agency as a whole.
